The Wormburner

The Wormburner is the original, show winning and magazine featured HUC frame.  They were designed with ease of assembly for the builder in mind and are a perfect starting point for anyone wanting to build their own bike.

Wormburners have been shown at motorcycle shows all over the the world and have won top trophies at many rallies and events over the last 12 years. These have forged a great name for themselves and are still at the top of the pile in the Japanese motor chop scene.

The Wormburner has now evolved to a universal chop frame to take most Japanese or British power units and running gear.

For Bandit and GSXR engines the price includes your engine mounts welded in position, we can also supply a full mounting kit which includes bolts and spacers.

Any other engine can also be used at an additional cost, please contact us for information.

When ordering please let us know which engine and forks you are using.

  • Coded MIG welded – TIG welding in mild or stainless steel also available – please contact us to confirm pricing
  • Rake – 32 degrees but can be altered to suit individual requirements
  • Between axle plates – 280mm
  • Backbone length – 650mm
  • Ride height – 4” – not suitable for standard exhaust headers to run underneath engine
  • Frame – 1”1/4 and 1”1/2 12swg steel tube
  • Headstock – most yokes will fit, please contact us for more information
  • Includes CNC machined headstock bearing cups, laser cut engine mount kit and rear wheel adjusters
  • 15mm thick laser cut axle mounts with 20mm axle slots
