HUC has specialised in oil cooled Suzuki models since day one. This is what we have done and become well known for over time, but over the last few years we have made versions of our frames for most Japanese and British power units.
This is our own uniquely designed café racer frame, with hints of the old feather bed Norton frame, mixed with our designs that we know work.
Aluminium bearing cups for the machined headstock are included in the price along with our very own in house CAD design laser cut engine mount kit.
As always, this frame is built to last using the highest quality materials, in house cad design, tube forming tools, welding and jig equipment to ensure a quality fit and finish every time.
The frame itself is constructed of 1+1/4” 12g seamless mild steel tube, using our cnc machined head stock and laser cut strengthening gussets and motor mounts.
We’re able to adapt the frame to take your specific footrest mounts, fuel tank, hangers and levers, please contact us for more information.
Our frames are designed to use oil cooled GSXR or Bandit running gear as standard, but for an additional fee, frame designs can be modified to suit other donor bikes, please contact us for more information.
We can also supply rear wheel spindles, fuel tanks, rear fenders, our HUC battery and electric boxes and more!
Time frames for dispatch is usually between 3-14 working days.
